Lobster Appetizer Bits

Ingredients
  Frozen lobster tails 8 (South African)
  Rhine wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced bermuda onion 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Melted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook lobster as directed on package; cool.
Shell and cut crosswise in 1-inch pieces.
Combine wine, salad oil, onion, rosemary, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Pour over lobster bits.
Chill several hours, turning occasionally; drain, reserving marinade.
Place lobster in chafing dish; combine 1/2 cup marinade, melted butter and lemon juice; pour over lobster.
Heat to serving temperature.
