Elegant Broiled Lobster
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Whole lobster||3 (Fresh)|
|Soy sauce||6 Teaspoon|
|Melted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a very large pot, add salt to enough water to cover lobsters.
Bring to a boil.
Plunge lobsters in water; boil for 20 minutes.
Cool and remove legs and shell.
Split lobsters lengthwise, cutting halfway through.
Combine soy sauce and sherry; pour over lobsters.
Broil lobsters 4 inches from heat, basting with sauce several times until lobsters flake easily with a fork.
When lobsters are done, sprinkle with paprika and spoon some of the melted butter on top.
