Lobster Salpicon

Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Lime 1⁄2
  Lobster meat 1 Pound, cooked, chilled and finely shredded
  Lime juice/Lemon juice 2 , squeezed (To Taste)
  Extra-virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato 1 Tablespoon, chopped, peeled, and seeded
  Lettuce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), finely sliced
  Radish 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Avocado 1
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small bowl, mix together onion and 1/2 lime.
2) Allow the onions to rest 30 minutes.
3) In a large bowl, place the lobster meat and add juice of 2 limes and toss.
3) Stir in olive oil to the lobster meat and toss.
4) Stir in remaining ingredients, except avocado, and toss lightly but well.
5) When read to serve, peel, stone and slice avocado.

SERVING
6) Pile the Lobster Salpicon on the serving platter and arrange on top.
