Salmon With A Touch Of Lobster

|Lobster stock||3 Tablespoon|
|Creme fraiche||1 Deciliter|
|Cream||2 1⁄2 Deciliter|
|French mustard/Other mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Lumpfish spawn of fish||1 Tablespoon|
This is a delicious baked salmon recipe for lobster lovers.
Begin by putting the oven on 200C. Get a ovensafe dish, put the salmon in it and pepper the salmon. Now put the water, stock, créme fraiche, cream and mustard in a sauce pan and let it cook.
Pour the sauce over the salmon and cook in the oven until the salmon is done; which might take about 30minutes. Litter the dill and rum (stenbitsrom) over the salmon.
Serve with pressed potatoes.
