Salmon With A Touch Of Lobster

Ingredients
  Salmon pieces 4 (4 Servings)
  Lobster stock 3 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Deciliter
  Creme fraiche 1 Deciliter
  Cream 2 1⁄2 Deciliter
  French mustard/Other mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Lumpfish spawn of fish 1 Tablespoon
  Dill 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

This is a delicious baked salmon recipe for lobster lovers.
Begin by putting the oven on 200C. Get a ovensafe dish, put the salmon in it and pepper the salmon. Now put the water, stock, créme fraiche, cream and mustard in a sauce pan and let it cook.
Pour the sauce over the salmon and cook in the oven until the salmon is done; which might take about 30minutes. Litter the dill and rum (stenbitsrom) over the salmon.
Serve with pressed potatoes.
