Marinated Lobster Tails
|Lobster tails||4 Large, shelled and cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Olive oil||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)|
|Tarragon wine vinegar||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped tarragon||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Paprika||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Melted butter||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)|
|Capers||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Place lobster, oil, vinegar, parsley, tarragon and paprika in bowl.
Season well with pepper and marinate 30 minutes.
Heat butter in large frying pan.
When hot, add lobster pieces and saute 3 to 5 minutes over high heat.
Stir often and turn pieces over once.
Stir in capers and lemon juice and season well.
Finish cooking 1 minute.
