Marinated Lobster Tails

Ingredients
  Lobster tails 4 Large, shelled and cut into 1 inch pieces
  Olive oil 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Tarragon wine vinegar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Chopped tarragon 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Paprika 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Melted butter 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Capers 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place lobster, oil, vinegar, parsley, tarragon and paprika in bowl.
Season well with pepper and marinate 30 minutes.
Drain lobster.
Heat butter in large frying pan.
When hot, add lobster pieces and saute 3 to 5 minutes over high heat.
Stir often and turn pieces over once.
Stir in capers and lemon juice and season well.
Finish cooking 1 minute.
