Crab Or Lobster Newburg

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Light cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3 , beaten
  Canned crabmeat/15-ounce can lobster 7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and broken into large pieces (1 Can)
  Dry white wine 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pastry petal cups/Toast points 200 Gram
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Melt butter or margarine in saucepan; blend in flour.
Add cream all at once.
Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles.
Stir small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks; return to remaining hot mixture.
Cook, stirring constantly, till thickened and bubbly.
Add crab or lobster; heat through.
Stir in wine, lemon juice, and salt.
