Lobster Wrap

What to do with some left over Lobster...
  Whole grain tortilla wrap 1
  Cheese slices 2 (Optional)
  Leftover lobster 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Lettuce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced
  Low fat mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Roma tomatoes 100 Gram, seeded, diced
  Shallot salt To Taste

1. In a bowl, place lobster, lettuce, mayonnaise, tomatoes and combine together.
2. On the multi grain wrap place cheese slices, pour the lobster mixture, season with shallot salt and roll.

3. Serve with your choice of beverage.
