Lobster In A Crust

Ingredients
  Live lobster 2 Pound
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Kill the lobster.
Make a stiff paste of the flour and water.
Wrap the lobster in the paste and bake in the oven at 350° until the crust is pale brown about 30 to 35 minutes.
Leave to cool in the crust.
Then discard the crust and crack the lobster.
