Chilled Lobster

Ingredients
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rock lobster tails 2 Medium, fresh/frozen
  Reduced calorie salad dressing/Salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash (Bottled)
Directions

In a large saucepan bring water and salt to boiling.
Add lobster tails.
Return to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, for 6 to 10 minutes or till lobster shells turn bright red and meat is tender.
Drain.
Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
For sauce, in a small mixing bowl stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream, parsley, lime juice, curry powder, and hot pepper sauce.
Cover and chill till serving time.
