Lemon Flavored Lobster Tails
|Frozen lobster tails||1 Pound (1 package)|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
If lobster tails are frozen, unwrap and place in shallow glass utility dish.
Heat in Radarange oven 2 1/2 minutes.
Let stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes, until lobster tails are defrosted.
Make a cut lengthwise down the back, through hard shell: hold tail in both hands and open flat.
Turn tails meat side up in dish.
Brush with melted butter and lemon juice, and cook in Radarange oven for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
