This Lobster Tropicana is one of the best appetizers that I've ever tasted. Pick the toothpicks with delicious lobster chunks topped with gherkin pickles and maraschino cherries and simply enjoy ! Your suggestions for this Lobster Tropicana are welcome !
|Boiled shelled lobster||6 Ounce|
|Chili sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Gherkin pickles||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish, Small Gherkin)|
|Lettuce leaves||1 (For Garnish)|
|Lime juice||To Taste (For Garnish, Few Drops Required)|
|Horseradish||1⁄2 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
|Tia maria||1 1⁄2 Ounce (For Garnish)|
|Maraschino cherries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)|
Cut lobster meat into bite sized cubes.
Skewer each piece of lobster with a toothpick and garnish with small gherkin pickle and a maraschino cherry.
