Canned Salmon Loaf

Canned salmon loaf is considered to be a whole meal for the fish lovers. This salmon loaf recipe is popular in the southern shores of the Caribbea and the United States. This fish loaf can be prepared either from preserved or canned salmon and there’s barely any taste difference. The flavor is derived from the seasoning and thus the fish should be rubbed well with butter, salt, pepper or any all-purpose seasoning. The specialty of this fish dish is the breaded coating over the loaf. Sufficient amount of bread crumbs are rubbed against the skin of the salmon and the fish is cooked primarily by steaming. The canned salmon loaf is garnished with chopped parsley and other dry herbs.
