Ingredients
  Cooked ham 1 1⁄2 Pound, ground
  Cooked white rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soft bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 4 , beaten light and frothy
  Currant jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Mix all ingredients except glaze in large bowl; make high rounded loaf.
Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350°F 50 minutes.
Prepare glaze by thoroughly mixing jelly and mustard together until pasty and smooth.
After loaf has baked 50 minutes, liberally brush all over with glaze.
Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until glaze is glistening brown.
Let cool 20 minutes before slicing
