Salmon Loaf With Green Pepper

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned salmon 1⁄2 Pound, flaked
  Cracker crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Green pepper/Chives / parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Mix together all ingredients, pour into buttered casserole.
Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
Serve with Drawn Butter Sauce
