Tuna Loaf

Ingredients
  Cooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Toasted bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mixed with melted butter
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped pimiento 1 Tablespoon
  Canned flaked tuna 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine ingredients in order given except the water.
Pack in greased heatproof mold.
Pour water in cooker and place mold on rack in cooker.
Pressure cook at 15 lbs.pressure for 30 minutes.
Reduce pressure with cool water.

Sounds good, but what if you don't have a pressure cooker? Could you just bake it in the oven?

This Tuna loaf sounds like a yummy and convenient dish. Of course a pressure cooker that is easily available in every household. I guess you can bake this Tuna loaf too for a crispier finish.
