Veal Loaf Supreme
|Ground veal||1 Pound|
|Ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Ground pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Minute tapioca||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
Mix veal, beef and pork together.
Add tapioca, milk, salt, pepper and 1/2 can mushroom soup.
Place in greased oblong baking dish or pan.
Bake in 350 degree oven until brown.
About 1 hour.
Spread the remaining mushroom soup over top of meat.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cut in squares to serve
