Kulebiaka Flaky Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
For pastry
  Plain flour 500 Gram
  Chilled butter 250 Gram
  Vegetable fat 90 Gram, chilled
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Iced water 10 Tablespoon
Directions

PASTRY
For the pastry combine the flour, chilled butter, the vegetable fat cut into cubes and the salt in the work bowl.
Process for some 10 seconds until it has the texture of breadcrumbs.
Add the chilled water all at once and process only for a few seconds until the pastry starts to form a ball.
Remove the pastry on to a sheet of aluminium foil, press into a ball and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm
