Fish Loaf

Ingredients
  Cooked fish 1 Pound
  Breadcrumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon (Leveled), chopped
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Anchovy paste 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients together and bake for 1 hour.
This loaf may be steamed in a basin for 1 1/2 hours or in small molds for hour.
Serve with a fish sauce.
