Ingredients
  Canned salmon 1 Pound (Bone And Flake)
  Hot cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in a covered pan set in hot water for 1 hour at 325 to 350 F.
Serve with sauce.
