Deluxe Salmon Loaf
|Canned salmon||16 Ounce, drained and flaked|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Real mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Cucumber sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Combine the salmon, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, celery, bell pepper, egg and salt in a bowl; mix lightly.
Shape into a loaf in a shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serve with Cucumber Sauce.
