|Tomato sauce||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Crawfish tails||12 , cooked, peeled and ground|
|Saltines||8 Ounce, ground|
Saute the onions and bell pepper in the olive oil in a large heavy skillet for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the tomato sauce, pepper, garlic powder and salt to taste; mix well.
Add the crawfish and saltines; mix well.
Spread the crawfish mixture in a greased 9xl3 inch baking dish.
Dot with butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
