Apple Nut Loaf

Ingredients
  Dried yeast/1 cake dried yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Sweet cider 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), lukewarm
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pure vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Apples with skin 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped
Directions

Soften yeast in cider.
Blend honey, oil, eggs, salt and flavorings.
Combine with yeast mixture.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
Turn into oiled loaf pan.
Set in warm place to rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350° F., about 40 minutes.
