Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 7 Gram
  Celery and tops 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Lemons juice 2
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , diced
  Hot stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion 1 , grated
  Sprouts 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked meat/Fish / fowl, leftovers 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Soften gelatin in lemon juice.
Dissolve in stock.
Cool.
Add remaining ingredients.
Turn into loaf pan.
Chill.
Unmold and slice.
