Orange pecan loaf is a very simple and easy to prepare loaf filled with pecan nuts. Baked in a pan the orange pecan loaf is delicious and quickly prepared and can be served right away or chilled for later use.
Heat oven to 350Â° Grease and flour 2 loaf pans, 9x5x3 inches.
Prepare orange cake mix (19 ounces) as directed on package except-use 2 tablespoons less water and add 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
Pour into pans.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
(Can be served immediately.) Wrap and refrigerate.
