Miniature Brunch Loaf
|Chopped pecans||2 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Biscuit mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground mace||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
Mix pecans with 2 tablespoons brown sugar; set aside.
Combine the biscuit mix, remaining 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and spices.
Combine milk, egg, 1 tablespoon of the melted butter, and vanilla.
Make a well in the center of dry ingredients; add liquid all at once.
Stir with fork till blended.
Spoon half of the biscuit mixture into greased 5 1/2x3x21/4 inch loaf pan; brush with some of the remaining butter and sprinkle with half of the pecan mixture.
Repeat with remainder of the biscuit mixture, butter, and pecans.
Bake at (350Â°) for 25 to 30 minutes.
