Minted Picnic Loaf
|Bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Stale Ones)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Potato||1 Large, grated|
|Sausage mince||500 Gram|
|Minced beef||500 Gram|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped mint||2 Tablespoon|
|Breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Stale Ones)|
|Chopped mint||1 Tablespoon|
Combine breadcrumbs and milk in medium bowl; stand for 5 minutes.
Add potato, mince, tomato sauce and mint to breadcrumb mixture; mix well.
Press mixture into a 13cm x 24cm loaf tin.
Cook for 30 minutes on LOW MIX/BAKE 180Â°C.
Drain excess liquid from tin.
Combine topping ingredients and press evenly over loaf.
Bake for a further 10 minutes on LOW MIX/BAKE 180Â°C or until topping is golden brown.
Stand loaf for 15 minutes before turning out.
Serve hot or cold.
