Carrot Loaf

Ingredients
  Carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated fine
  Whole grain bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Stewed tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , grated
  Leftover meat/Fish / fowl 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), ground
  Soy grits 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soaked in 0.25 cup stock
Directions

Blend all ingredients.
Turn into oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour.
