|Cranberry beans||3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Carrot||1 , grated|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Whole wheat bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), ground|
Heat oil and saute onions.
Combine with remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Turn into oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 350° F. until well browned, about 1 hour.
Serve with favorite sauce.
