|Potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and pureed|
|Onion||1 , grated|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , minced|
|Stewed tomatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Soybeans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roasted and ground|
|Soy flour||2 Tablespoon|
Blend all ingredients.
Turn into oiled loaf pan.
Bake in medium oven about 25 minutes.
Brown top under broiler during last few minutes.
