Potato Loaf

Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and pureed
  Onion 1 , grated
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , minced
  Stewed tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Soybeans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roasted and ground
  Soy flour 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients.
Turn into oiled loaf pan.
Bake in medium oven about 25 minutes.
Brown top under broiler during last few minutes.
