Salmon Loaf is a delicious seafood dish. There are no extra trills or flairs involved in the cooking process and the result is super delicious. Try the Salmon Loaf and prepare to be surprised by its wonderful taste!
|Canned salmon||1 Pound, drained reserving liquid|
|Salmon||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
Add salmon liquid and remaining ingredients.
Spoon into greased loaf pan.
Bake in 350Â°F toaster oven approximately 40 minutes.
