Combine hot water, honey, powdered milk, and yeast in Bosch bowl.
Allow yeast to activate.
Add eggs and 7 cups flour.
Stir until thoroughly mixed; dough will resemble cake batter.
Let rest until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
Add salt, oil, and remaining flour.
Knead for 10 minutes.
Combine 1/3 cup packed brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl.
Using half of the roll dough, make a long rope 1 inch in diameter.
Cut into 1 inch pieces.
Dip each piece in melted butter or margarine, and roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Place pieces in a greased 10 inch tube pan.

Place maraschino cherries and raisins in crevasses.
Cover, and let rise until double.
Bake in a 350Â° F oven for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and invert immediately.
Break apart to serve.
