Easy Salmon Loaf

|Canned red salmon||32 Ounce, drained, with bone and skin removed|
|Soft bread slice||3 , cubed|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Melted butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients, and mix well.
Pack mixture firmly into greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch microproof loaf pan.
Insert temperature probe into center of loaf.
Place loaf in oven and plug in probe.
Cook on 70 with probe set at 150°F.
