Easy Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
  Canned red salmon 32 Ounce, drained, with bone and skin removed
  Soft bread slice 3 , cubed
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients, and mix well.
Pack mixture firmly into greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch microproof loaf pan.
Insert temperature probe into center of loaf.
Place loaf in oven and plug in probe.
Cook on 70 with probe set at 150°F.
