Blueberry Nut Loaf
|Blueberry muffin mix||1|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Remove blueberries; rinse and drain on paper towels.
Blend milk and egg together and stir into muffin mix.
Quickly fold in nuts and blueberries (batter should be lumpy).
Pour into a greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top.
Bake for 50 minifies at 375Â° F.
Cool before slicing.
