|Soybeans||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unrefined oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole wheat bread crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Raw honey||2 Tablespoon|
|Sea salt||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Tomato sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Soak soybeans overnight and then cook until tender.
Save the liquid for stock.
Put beans through food chopper (using coarse knife) or blend 1/3 cup at a time in a blender.
Heat a large frying pan.
Add oil and chopped soybeans.
Saute until brown.
Add other ingredients, tomato sauce last, saving 1/4 cup.
Shape into a loaf in a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350Â°.
Pour remaining sauce over loaf.
Add grated cheese if you like and bake 5 more minutes.
Serve with tomato sauce or gravy.
