Sweet And Simple Loaf

  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Melted butter/Unrefined oil 1 Tablespoon
  Maple syrup/Raw honey / unsulfured molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour/A mixture of whole wheat flour and rye flour / whole wheat pastry flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Low sodium baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins/Chopped dried fruits / chopped nuts / seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Beat eggs, milk, butter, and syrup together.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt and stir into the liquids.
Fold in fruit or nuts.
Pour into an oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 350 Degree for 1 hour.
Cool on rack.
