Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Flaked red salmon 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Medium white sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Half and half 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rolled bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Egg and olive sauce/Lemon wedges and tartar sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Add lemon juice to salmon. Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs and butter. Combine well, but lightly. Pack lightly into buttered loaf pan and top with buttered crumbs. Bake about 30 minutes, or until set and lightly browned. Serve with creamed peas; with Egg and Olive Sauce ; or plain with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
