3 Fruit Loaf

Ingredients
  Biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cherries 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Orange rind 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed and juiced
  Orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Combine biscuit mix and cherries.
Mix remaining ingredients together, and stir into the dry mixture.
Scrape into a greased 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" loaf pan, and bake at 375°F for 45-50 minutes.
Cool, and remove from pan.
Makes 1 loaf.
