Sandwich Loaf Italiano
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato paste||6 Ounce|
|Chopped ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|French bread loaf||1|
|Cheddar cheese slices||5|
Combine beef, Parmesan cheese, onions, tomato paste, salt, oregano, pepper and olives.
Cut loaf in half lengthwise.
Spread beef mixture on loaf.
Broil 5 inches from source of heat for 10 to 12 minutes; top with tomato slices.
Cut cheese slices diagonally; place over tomato slices.
Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
