Fish Loaf With Dill Sauce

Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soft bread cubes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned tuna/Salmon / use home-canned trout 14 Ounce
  Eggs 4
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine milk and bread cubes; heat to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat; beat until smooth. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; stir in milk mixture. Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes, or until set. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Slice. Serve with Dill Sauce.
