|Canned salmon||1 Pound|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped sweet pickle||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
Drain salmon, reserving liquid.
Add sufficient milk to liquid to make 1 cup in all.
Remove skin, and flake salmon, mashing bones.
Combine all ingredients well, and turn mixture into small greased loaf pan.
Bake at 375Ã‚Â°F. 1/2 hour or until loaf is nicely browned with crust on top.
Serve hot with suitable sauceÃ¢â‚¬â€egg, parsley or cucumber, for example.
Loaf is also delicious chilled, sliced and served with potato salad or in sandwiches.
