|All purpose flour||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Guindrops||5 Ounce, cut into pieces|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Banana||1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange rind||2 Teaspoon, grated|
Measure and sift the first 5 ingredients into a bowl, and stir in gumdrop pieces.
Combine remaining ingredients, and stir into the dry mixture.
Stir until blended, and scrape into a greased 9" x 5" pan.
Bake at 350Ã‚Â°F. 50 minutes.
Makes 1 loaf.
