Saucy Rice Loaf
|Cooked rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated american cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Stuffed olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Place in greased, waxed paper-lined 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
Place pan in container of hot water.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until loaf is set in center.
Loosen loaf around edges with spatula; turn onto heated platter.
Serve with Tomato-Mushroom Sauce.
