Haddock Loaf

Ingredients
  Heavy cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Onion salt To Taste
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Half and half 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked lobster 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Cooked haddock fillet 1 Pound
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Flake haddock; mix with bread crumbs.
Combine eggs with 2/3 cup milk, heavy cream, onion salt and salt and pepper to taste; blend well.
Fold egg mix- ture into haddock mixture.
Turn into well-greased loaf pan; place pan in shallow pan of hot water.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour.
Add 1/2 cup milk and half and half; simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in lobster, additional salt and pepper; serve with fish loaf.
