Molded Avocado And Tuna Loaf
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Canned tuna fish||7 Ounce, flaked|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pimiento||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Soften gelatin in cold water; add hot water and stir until dissolved.
Add lemon juice and salt; chill until the mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in flaked tuna fish, celery and pimiento.
Turn into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan and chill until almost firm.
