|Canned tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned cream style corn||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Nippy cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated (save some for top)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Onion||1 Small, grated|
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
2. Place in casserole, top with cheese and bake in hot oven until well heated through 20 to 30 minutes.
3. Serve Tomato Loaf with a garnish of cilantro springs, cheese spreads or grated cheese.
