Salmon Loaf With Nutmeg

Ingredients
  Salmon/Fresh cooked salmon - 2 lbs. 1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (1 large can)
  Soft bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon, melted
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , yolks and whites separated and beated
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350-degrees.

MAKING
2. In a bowl mix all together and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites last.
3. Bake in the preheated oven, in pan of hot water for 45 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve the Salmon Loaf with a garnish of grated cheese, chopped cilantro and finely chopped spring onions.
