Salmon Loaf With Nutmeg
|Salmon/Fresh cooked salmon - 2 lbs.||1 1⁄4 Can (12.5 oz) (1 large can)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||4 Tablespoon, melted|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Eggs||3 , yolks and whites separated and beated|
1. Preheat the oven to 350-degrees.
2. In a bowl mix all together and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites last.
3. Bake in the preheated oven, in pan of hot water for 45 minutes.
4. Serve the Salmon Loaf with a garnish of grated cheese, chopped cilantro and finely chopped spring onions.
