Ingredients
  Raw carrots 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), grated
  Parsley 4 Tablespoon, chopped fine
  Soy powder 4 Tablespoon
  Nutritional yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Beaten eggs 2
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sea salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot to 350°F.

MAKING
2) In a bowl combine the ingredients in order given.
3) Grease a loaf pan with oil.
4) Transfer the mixture into it and bake for one hour.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
