Shrimp And Cheese Macaroni Loaf

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Shredded process american cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Canned shrimps 10 Ounce, deveined (2 Cans, 5 Ounces Each)
  Minced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Elbow macaroni 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), cooked
  Sweet relish 1 Teaspoon (Garden)
  Pimiento 1 , chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) In top part of double boiler sprinkle gelatin over milk and keep aside for 5 minutes.
2) Scald over boiling water. Stir constantly till gelatin dissolves.
3) Add cheese and onion. Cool the mixture.
4) Chill to set.
5) Halve shrimp lengthwise.
6) Mix shrimps to remaining ingredients except mayonnaise to gelatin mixture.
7) Arrange in greased 3 1/2-cup fish mold or loaf pan (9x5x3 inches).
8) Chill to set till firm.

SERVING
9) Unmold in a serving plate and decorate with salad greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
10) Serve with Curry Mayonnaise.

TIPS
Make Curry Mayonnaise with mayonnaise and little curry powder.
