|Canned tuna||1 Can (10 oz), flaked (1 Can)|
|Cream of tomato soup/Mushroom soup, undiluted||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Soft bread crumbs||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pimiento||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), minced|
|Parsley||3 Tablespoon, minced|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
1. Process tuna in a food processor, or force through food chopper, using small blade.
2. Combine with soup.
3. Soak crumbs in milk and add tuna mixture, pimiento, parsley, seasonings and eggs. Mix thoroughly.
4. Place in greased loaf pan and bake in moderate oven (350°F.) 30 to 40 minutes.
5. Serve with creamed peas
