Vegetable Nut Loaf

Ingredients
  Grated carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Chopped celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Finely shredded cabbage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Avocado/1/2 cup nut butter 1 , peeled and mashed
  Ground peanuts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Finely chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, add vegetables, nuts, parsely, onions and seasonings, blend well.
2) In a well greased loaf pan, spoon in the mixture and press well; chill.

SERVING
3) Serve chilled on a nice plate.
