Vegetable Nut Loaf
|Grated carrots||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Uncooked)|
|Chopped celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Finely shredded cabbage||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Avocado/1/2 cup nut butter||1 , peeled and mashed|
|Ground peanuts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Finely chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
1) In a large mixing bowl, add vegetables, nuts, parsely, onions and seasonings, blend well.
2) In a well greased loaf pan, spoon in the mixture and press well; chill.
3) Serve chilled on a nice plate.
